DomainTokenization.comTM accepts .COM, .XYZ, .ORG, and .AI domains. We invite sellers who can provide accurate registrar information and who want their listings presented with buy-it-now pricing, bidding, and optional financing.

What we need from you

  • Domain name, registrar, expiration date, and confirmation that you control the asset.
  • Buy-it-now price and whether you will accept bids below that level.
  • Optional financing plan (total price, term up to five years, monthly payment amount).
  • Notes about any live website, traffic history, or included content.

How we present your listing

Every listing uses simple language and highlights the information buyers need to act quickly. We can optionally mint a DomainTokenization NFT to hold the same facts for DomainFi dashboards. The NFT is a digital twin—ownership still transfers through your registrar using the standard EPP code process.

Seller checklist

  1. 1.Gather registrar details and confirm the domain is unlocked or ready for transfer.
  2. 2.Set pricing and decide whether you will allow bids below buy-it-now or offer financing.
  3. 3.Submit the listing request to info@domaintokenization.com with the information above.
  4. 4.Approve buyers, sign off on payment terms, and release the EPP code once funds clear.

We keep you updated on bids and buyer questions. If you offer financing, we provide a simple schedule with monthly reminders.

Traditional domains we accept

We focus on .COM, .XYZ, .ORG, and .AI domains because they have active markets and strong demand. Each extension has its own registry rules, similar to how different layer 1 networks operate. Tokenization keeps their data organized—it does not change those rules.

Web3 domains

We currently list Solana Name Service .SOL domains. These sales remain entirely on-chain through sns.id. Ethereum Name Service (.eth) domains are planned for 2026 once integration work is complete.
